Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)

In recognition of the way in which ITW cordless nailers have revolutionised the way most building trades work on site, the CITB now includes training in the safe and efficient use of ITW tools in all of its NVQ courses.

Funded by the Government and the UK's biggest construction companies, the CITB provides recognised training and qualifications for most building trades. Its National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), aimed at 16 to 21 year olds, will now include a module on the safe use of ITW's Impulse IM350, Impulse IM250, and Spit Pulsa gas powered nailers.

ITW has trained a team of operator instructors to train all NVQ students in the safe use and maintenance of ITW gas operated tools for their specific application. Once this training is complete, students will be issued a certificate proving they can use gas operated tools safely and effectively.
