Our Product Advice Team are based at
our Customer Service Centre in Glasgow. From here the
team co-ordinates all requests for technical information
or support for products supplied by ITW Construction Products.
We aim to complete most general enquiries for information
on individual products, their performance, applications,
equivalencies for competitors products, COSHH data, tool
repairs or spares identification at the initial time of
contact.
Where information on specialised fixing solutions, calculations
or consultations with other internal business units is
required, it is our intention to complete the enquiry
within one to two working days. In instances where this
may not be possible the team will endeavour to mutually
agree with the customer a timescale for our response.
The Product Advice Team are operational between 9.00 am
and 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays and can
be contacted as follows-
